Based in the Bournemouth area, Julie Joy has loved art since her childhood. She’s a Photographic Artist who loved to associate herself with anything that had an artistic flare in her earlier years. Julie has not changed, apart from producing her own art; she still admires the works of other artists and wants to use them to improve her own work. She works intuitively taking advantage of her artistic and psychic ability to work “majesty” and "light" into her artwork. Her photographs are manipulated in Adobe Photoshop and she uses a graphics tablet in her post production work. She professionally prints her images and hand-paints some adding texture, gems and feathers to give depth and further enhance her unique works of art. Julie is impatient and is never satisfied. Julie is an artist who develops a prayerful union and devotion with her subject.

She’s always on the lookout for any new style or technique that can help improve her work. That’s why she rarely misses art exhibitions and shows to learn about what’s going in the field of art. She has learnt a lot and her distinctive way of creating makes her art to stand out as the subjects seem to pop from the materials on which they are painted.
